Meet TARA

Hey, I’m TARA — founder of FRM Coaching.

I created FRM Coaching to help women feel confident, supported and empowered throughout their fitness journey.
Like many women, I once felt overwhelmed in the gym, unsure how to train properly, what foods to eat or how to stay consistent. What started as a physical goal quickly became something much deeper — fitness transformed my mindset, confidence and overall lifestyle.
That experience is what inspired FRM Coaching.
My mission is to help women stop feeling lost and instead build confidence through structure, education and sustainable habits that genuinely fit into everyday life.
FRM Coaching is about more than workouts and calories. It’s about creating long-term results while helping women become stronger physically and mentally.
